Using flash might be one of the most daunting tasks of becoming a professional photographer, but we’re here to show you that it’s not as hard as you think. After purchasing probably every type of light on the market, we’re also here to tell you that you don’t have to spend a fortune to achieve these results. Using one or two off-camera lights will dramatically change the look of your work, and by the end of this program we don’t think you’ll be as scared.
ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Photography is what brought Kylene and Ryan together 11 years ago, and 3 years ago they combined their knowledge into Kylene and Ryan Studios; a business that prides itself on diversification. Kylene’s focus was always on weddings, which they now tackle side-by-side and even started offering a “fusion” video product to their clients. Ryan’s background was in large events, so they also photograph a private school in Tallahassee, week-long summer events for the American Legion, and endurance races such as marathons and triathlons (including some freelance work that allows them to travel the world).
